We are proud to be recognised as a Skilled Workplace! This award acknowledges our achievements in developing Mental Health First Aid skills within our teams and our commitment to implementing an effective program.

Mental Health First Aid training improves knowledge, minimises stigma, opens up important conversations, builds awareness on the support available and promotes early help-seeking behaviours. Our internal VetPartners Mental Health First Aider Network are equipped with additional knowledge, tools and resources to support the mental health and wellbeing of our people..

We aim to maintain 95% Mental Health First Aid coverage across our clinics, and provide to training to team members in clinics, as we well as Operations and Support Office teams.
