About Parental Leave
In our commitment to support our team members during and after the birth or adoption of a child, we are pleased to offer an employer-paid parental leave scheme. Eligible team members who are Primary Carers can access up to six weeks’ paid leave at their full base rate of pay, or 12 weeks at half pay, and Secondary Carers can access two weeks paid leave at their full base rate of pay.
To assist team members with Primary Caring responsibilities with the setup of childcare, arrangements, a bonus of up to $2,000 (gross, plus super) will also be payable to team members upon their return from parental leave. This is all in addition to your government-funded entitlements.
