What is the VetPartners Employee Referral Program?

You can earn from $5,000 to $25,000 for a successful referral!
All VetPartners employees are eligible for referral bonuses other than the manager who makes the final hiring decision (excluding ELT and Careers Team).
Half of the referral bonus will be paid on the referral’s start date, with the remainder paid once they’ve been in the role for six months.
How do I refer someone?
Referrers must obtain the candidate’s written consent (e.g. email) before lodging the referral. You can share their resume and contact details to referrals@vet.partners and we’ll handle the rest.
The Careers Team will acknowledge the referral by email and contact the candidate directly.
All referred candidates will be subject to the same recruitment and selection process as any other applicant, including interviews, trials, reference checks and probation.
Bonuses are payable for the following permanent roles:
- Specialist – $25,000
- Registrar and experienced GP vet (>3 years’ experience in a special interest area) – $15,000
- Experienced GP vet (>3 years post-qualification) – $10,000
- Experienced vet nurse (> 4 years’ experience) – $5000
- Practice Manager (> 3 years’ experience) – $5000
